Raise & Shine is a new program available almost everywhere in Mendocino County. Our focus is healthy child development. We help families of children ages 0-5 find positive, effective solutions to common behavior problems, including:

• Tantrums
• Disobedience
• Bedtime Problems
• Whining
• Nightmares
• Fighting
• Hurting Others and
• Lying

Whether you are a brand new parent or have years of experience, there is always more to learn about raising a child. Here are some of the things Raise & Shine can help with:

• Managing your child's misbehavior;
• Encouraging healthy development;
• Creating a closer relationship with your child;
• Making family time more fun; and
• Caring for yourself when parenting feels stressful

Raise & Shine is a work in progress. It continues to evolve as we make all aspects of the program clearer, friendlier, and simpler.
